48h before ceremony
Avoid alcohol, drugs, and sex for at least 48 hours before the session to support safety, clarity, and stability during the process.
24h before ceremony
Follow a light, healthy diet. Avoid heavy, processed, and spicy foods, red meat, dairy, high-fat meals, caffeine, and sugar. Take a few minutes for silence, meditation, or relaxation to arrive with a calm mind.
On the day of the session
Inform the therapist about any health condition, medication, or relevant concern. If you usually wear makeup, moisturizer, or sunscreen (especially on the face), please arrive without it.
