Aram guides each experience in a unique way, through conscious touch, body reading, and his therapeutic presence.
There is no fixed sequence of movements. The work unfolds from what the body presents in that moment.
It is especially fitting if you want to know Aram’s work before opening to a deeper process.
Reset Express does not use Ayahuasca Medicine.

Preparation
How to arrive
Before
Arrive well-hydrated. Avoid heavy meals for 2 hours prior. Wear comfortable, loose clothing you don't mind having oil on.
During
Surrender to stillness. Your therapist will guide you through any adjustments. There is no need to do anything. Simply receive.
After
Allow time for integration. Rest, avoid intense exercise, and drink plenty of water so the body can settle naturally.
* Private transfers from Alto Paraíso or Brasília can be arranged on request for a calm, supported arrival.
